Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, Changes to Orders and Cancellations

Returns:

Please call us at (866) 598-8120 or email us at CustomerAssistance@alltileandstoneproducts.com for a return authorization number. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. All return, credit and/or exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order receipt. When returning products, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

This address can only be used to return items purchased from AllTileAndStoneProducts.com.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Exchanges:

Please call us at (866) 598-8120 or email us at CustomerAssistance@alltileandstoneproducts.com to get an exchange authorization number. Simply return your package to the above address and we'll send you your new item. All exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order receipt.

When exchanging products, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

If you're exchanging an item(s) because of a mistake on the part of All Tile and Stone Products or because of quality issues, All Tile and Stone Products will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement item(s) to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

Changes to Order and Cancellations:

Once your order is placed at AllTileAndStoneProducts.com, you cannot make changes to or cancel your order online. Please call a Customer Service Representative to assist you at (866) 598-8120 or email us at CustomerAssistance@alltileandstoneproducts.com and we will call you back.
